JOB CONTEXT
• The CRM Developer will work in a professional and comfortable work environment where the core focus is on learning, growth, knowledge sharing, teamwork and collaboration.
• The CRM Developer will work in a team with other CRM Developers within boundaries of strict project deadlines.
• The CRM Developer will be exposed to major Microsoft technologies, such MS SQL Server, MS Dynamics CRM, MS SharePoint Server, .Net technologies, and excellent training opportunities both internally and externally.
• This exposure also occurs through the different engagement models being project-based development, placements, outsourced teams and support and enhancement engagements.
• The CRM Developer will either be based at the 3fifteen Head Office or at a customer site.
• The CRM Developer must also be willing to do business travel to customer sites as per business requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required (not-negotiable):
• Grade 12 Senior Certificate (Matric)
Advantageous (nice to have):
• A relevant university computer science degree or equivalent.
• Microsoft Technology Specialist certifications for MS Dynamics CRM 4.0.
KNOWLEDGE
Required (not-negotiable):
• Knowledge of C#
• Knowledge of ASP.NET 2.0 – 4.0
• Knowledge of SQL 2005 – 2008, SQL 2005 / 2008 Reporting Services.
• Knowledge of JavaScript.
Advantageous (nice to have):
• MS Dynamics CRM.
EXPERIENCE
Required (not-negotiable):
Senior Developers
• Minimum 36 Months experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, specifically the concept behind customer relationship management.
• Minimum 36 Months experience in system customisations and custom development, such as workflow activities, plugins, ISV pages or integration.
• Minimum 24 Months experience in SQL Server 2005 / 2008 and SQL 2005 / 2008 Reporting Services.
• Minimum 36 Months experience and a good understanding of the Internet Information Services (IIS)
• Minimum 24(Intermediate) or 60(senior) months experience in Visual C# and .NET Framework.
• Minimum 36 months experience in Client side scripting (Javascript)
• Experience with Microsoft Office 2003 / 2007 / 2010.
Advantageous (nice-to-have):
• Experience with MS Dynamics CRM 2011
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2007 / 2010.
Senior Developers must be able to perform as a Tech-Lead developers with the following tasks:
• Technical lead for development, design and implementation of solutions as part of the projects team.
• Collaborate with Developers, Account Managers and Project Managers.
• Estimate development tasks and execute well on project schedules.
• Interact with clients to create requirement specifications for projects.
• Innovate new solutions and keep up with new emerging technologies.
• Mentoring of other developers.
