Lucky Pule At first it was tertiary studies and uncertainty of where to after graduating...Until I saw an advert at school screaming “Developers Wanted” and promising paid training beyond reasonable doubt. After seeing that everything unfolded and I realized that the post was for me. I was successful in getting the job and was appointed as a Graduate Developer. To date I am still getting the training from very skilled and professional developers at 3fifteen, unbelievably great treatment from everybody and I would truly say 3fifteen is the best company in the whole wide world for developers to work for. |

Nomusa Mbambo Wow! It’s true that time flies when you’re having fun. I joined 3fifteen at the beginning of this year and what a journey it has been. It’s been a fruitful learning experience that has turned me into a Developer. Having been promised a great working environment, culture, knowledge and skills I personally haven’t been disappointed. So far every promise that has been made has certainly been fulfilled. I know exactly what it means “not to work hard but to work smarter” because I am working smarter! J. The greatest thing is knowing that you’re surrounded by people who are dedicated to helping you through the learning curve and people who want to see each individual grow in their career. Straight from tertiary I joined 3fifteen and the rest was history. With a lot of people to learn from and a lot of Microsoft technologies to learn as well as with space for growth the possibilities are infinite. And as the months have flown by my experience has grown, my dreams have come close, and my knowledge of technologies, software, and programming skills have been elevated beyond what I imagined... |

Before I came to 3fifteen I had heard grad/intern horror stories of how you are made to run silly errands like making people tea and getting their lunch. I had prepared myself for all of that and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were more interested in getting me to learn and putting my brains to good use. I have learnt so much from so many different people; the company highly promotes personal growth and learning and is willing to provide the resources to help you achieve your desired growth level. I’m glad my first time in the corporate world has been at 3fifteen, I would recommend this place to anyone anytime. |
