Seabata Mokoena When I started the internship with 3fifteen, I thought I was going to be doing low level coding kind of a job, to my surprise in the first month of my internship I was assigned to a project. What I really love about 3fifteen is the way they manage their employees in terms of skills transfer, especially new comers. There is no work that is limited just to graduates, and growing in terms of skill and experience is the main focus. In a period of six months I have learnt about four different types of technology. Thanks to 3fifteen for giving me this great opportunity to grow as a person!

Nokuphila Chili Working at 3fifteen has been awesome. When you are single minded about your goals, decisions are easy and the challenge is exciting. It feels like I’m taking a lift instead of climbing the corporate ladder. I’m grateful I was one of the few who got a chance to develop my knowledge and skills under the appropriate platform provided by 3fifteen. The awesome thing about this whole experience is that I got a chance to work with great and approachable people, and I am aware at all times that I can just pop by for a quick question at anyone's desk and they are willing to help. I have learned things that are not in the book, lessons about personal growth as a young professional and mostly they met me halfway, my passion and 3fifteen’s support has helped me to learn to do what I love more efficiently. Siphamandla Ntshangase 3fifteen has to be one of the best, if not THE BEST, company to work for. I came here scared of what might happen to me and I always wondered if I would be able to cope, and guess what, I felt at home and I still feel at home. Everyone is always open to helping one another, even the atmosphere here is warm and friendly, and we have knowledgeable people to mentor us and help us whenever we got stuck. What I like most is that you don’t get used to your job because there’s always a new challenge everyday for different tasks. And if you think you are used to your job and need a new challenge, there are other divisions that you can go to and learn their technologies. Now with all of this plus the Microsoft Student to Business Program, and more than enough equipment to train and support you in growing your career, what more could you ask for? Not only does 3fifteen see a potential in you, they build upon that potential each and every day J As the saying goes “The Sky is the limit” and so is your growth at 3fifteen. |

My dream was fulfilled the day I sent my CV to this company. 3fifteen called me for an interview after I had been struggling a lot to find sponsored training with a company. It has been amazing to me to have such wonderful training, knowledge, support and new software that I have been able to learn every day at 3fifteen. I believe that God has a very good purpose about this company, as a Christian I know that God created things with a purpose and 3fifteen is a very good company to work for, believe me!!!!!!!!!! The graduate program was a wonderful experience for me. You learn so much from the work experience you get exposed too as well as from the Microsoft exams you write. The work environment is wonderful and the people are all great, they know what they are doing and are always ready to help you out no matter what the problem may be.
